We didn’t stay at the Hakkoda Hotel but are so, so, so grateful for the hotel staff’s kindness, assistance, and hospitality (to non-staying guests!) on a very difficult & trying night in Hakkoda. We couldn’t be more appreciative - massive kudos and a big THANK YOU to the team who helped us out!
